-
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via the website, email or by DM enquiry. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your piece is scheduled into production.
Do you take custom commissions?
Yes. All work is custom made. You are welcome to enquire with your ideas and we will work together to bring them to life.
When does production start?
Production begins once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed. Timing is based on current studio capacity.
Can I see a preview before my piece is made?
Where applicable, design elements may be shared for approval prior to production beginning. This depends on the nature of the piece and the level of customisation involved.
Mockups or design previews can be requested at the time of ordering. Where feasible for the specific project, these will be provided as part of the design process.

Are all pieces handmade?
Yes. Every item is individually made or hand-finished. Small variations are part of the process and reflect the nature of bespoke work.
Where should I store my veil?
Store your veil in the garment bag provided in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps protect the fabric from discolouration and dust over time.
For long-term storage, gently fold your veil and layer it with soft, acid-free tissue paper. This helps maintain the integrity of the tulle and reduces the risk of creasing or fabric stress.
Should I handle the veil in any particular way?
Always wash and dry your hands before handling your veil to avoid transferring oils or residue onto the fabric.
Take care around jewellery, hair accessories, zippers, and textured fabrics, as these can catch or pull delicate tulle.
When trying on or moving your veil, handle it gently by the edges wherever possible.
How do I remove creased from the veil?
It is completely normal for tulle to crease during storage, transport, or travel.
To refresh your veil:
Use a handheld steamer only
Hold the steamer at least 20cm away from the fabric
Allow the steam to relax the tulle naturally without direct contact
Do not iron your veil, as direct heat can damage or distort the fabric.
For best results, steam your veil the day before your wedding and hang it in a high, open space so the fabric can fall and settle naturally.
How do I clean my veil?
Spot clean only if necessary using cool water and a small amount of mild soap.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
For full cleaning, always use a professional dry cleaner who specialises in bridal or delicate garments. This will help preserve the structure, softness, and detailing of your piece.
Can I iron my handkerchief?
Handkerchiefs are made from cotton and can be gently ironed if needed.
When ironing:
Use a warm (not hot) setting
Place a protective cloth between the iron and embroidery if possible
Avoid prolonged direct heat on embroidered areas, as embroidery threads may be sensitive to high temperatures
I think there is a mark on my handkerchief, what do I do?
Please note that water-soluble or heat-erasable marking tools may occasionally be used during the production process. In rare cases, faint traces may remain on finished pieces. These can usually be removed by gently dabbing with a small amount of water and lightly pressing with a warm iron.
If you are ever unsure, please reach out before attempting removal so I can guide you.
